Glacier™ Final Edition

After whole day of shopping with my mother,I was so tired...I miss her,but she angry of me right now,I said something that made her angry, she told me I hurt her deeply...I just wish she can understand what I was trying to tell her...

Since I'm quite free and I have nothing to do,I remember that I still have a pair of the super hot legendary D9GMH B6-3 in Crucial Ballistix Tracer 1066MHz 2x1GB module. Since it has been collecting dust for a long time, why don't just make it alive?

Now i set it to run only 700MHz but with tight timing of 3-3-3-9 2.12vdimm,I don't use any active cooling in Glacier™ for memory module so I didn't make it to run at high frequency and high voltage, since old batch Tracer itself is very very hot.

The ram itself has some bling bling effect, which is very nice to show off,but due to the built-in voltage controller for the LED,it makes this old Tracer hotter than any ram on the market nowadays.

so if not necessary,my advice is don't get this bling bling ram :-) This will be the last upgrade for this rig, since it's just a office pc and some minor gaming,i believe it's more than enough.

And see that display card inside? It upgraded from Asus nVidia GeForce 8600GT to HIS ATi Radeon X1950XTX then to this BFG nVidia GeForce 8800GTS OC2 320MB G80 A2 revision, the card is not as hit as the legendary X1950XTX but it performs much better than X1950XTX.But no matter how powerful is the display card,it's still bottlenecked by the old Netburst architecture Penitum D processor, what a waste...
